This week seems to have flown by, the weekend is nearly here and I have another finished make! Oh I do love a Hugs and Kisses Blanket, it’s worked up so well in these shades! 🥹

Now the question is what to make next? 😅

Throwback to these gorgeous sunbursts I worked up last Summer! Had to be a sunburst post today to welcome back the amazing Hannah to instagram! We’ve all missed you, so lovely to see you back online! 😘

Pattern: Sunburst Granny Squares - lots of different tutorials online, I mainly use blog for guidance.

Another Wednesday post, another WIP on my hook, just how it should be! My cousin asked for a custom blanket for one of her relatives who is having a little one. Of course it had to be the Hearts Blanket, I’m loving how this one is working up so far. Forgot how amazing it can look just in two colours, as my recent makes have always been variegated yarn! ☺️

This gorgeous blanket pattern was released yesterday by the wonderful Emma . The texture created by filet crochet is one of my favourites, I do find these blankets of Emma’s so easy to work on! I’d highly recommend giving her designs a go ☺️

Finished Project Friday! 🙌🏻

It wouldn’t be a Friday post without another finished blanket project. I love the border on this one, it finishes the make off perfectly. It’s seemed like such a long week, I’m glad it’s a Bank Holiday weekend for an extra day off! Means more crochet time right? 🤣

Manifesting the sunshine to come out today with this throwback post! I absolutely loved making this blanket, how can the sunshines do anything other than make you smile? ☀️

I still need to find a home for this beauty, I can’t have her folded up in the cupboard much longer, she deserves to be seen! 💛

We’re already at the midpoint of the week, the days all seem to be rolling into one at the minute. I may have started that new WIP…. that one I was suppose to be waiting to start until I’d finished some other projects. I couldn’t help myself, I find these Hugs and Kisses Blankets rather therapeutic with repeat rows. ☺️

Week 3 of the CAL is complete, these tiles just speak for themselves. The mosaic crochet in the round technique seems complicated but once you get started it’s quite simple actually, it’s amazing to watch each round work up. I’ve really enjoyed working on this Blooming Tiles Blanket. I can’t wait to complete the next tiles and get onto the joining stage!
