Throwback Thursday to my favourite granny square blanket! I made this beauty for my Auntie, it lives in her craft space. The colour scheme is perfect, I could have happily kept this one for myself it’s gorgeous! 😅

Day 9 of is ‘Biggest’

For today’s prompt I thought I’d go for my biggest unfinished project to date? Which is this gorgeous mosaic crochet blanket, it was started last Christmas. I’m hoping that posting it again might spur me on to get back to it soon, there is only the border to go! 😅

Day 8 of ‘Smallest’

🦔🍁🦔🍁🦔

I’m not one for small makes usually but a couple of years back I made these little hedgehog key-rings for my local hedgehog rescue.

My mum helps out with a local hedgehog rescue and they have stalls throughout the year. They are a wonderful bunch of humans caring for sick, injured and underweight hedgehogs until they’re ready for release. 🦔

Yarn: Yarnsmiths Create DK and Stylecraft DK odds and ends from my stash.
Hook: 3mm hook.

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend, it really wizzed by, Monday always comes around so quickly!

Many of you had already guessed my latest WIP but I’ve finally made a start between other projects.. It’s a Hazy Sunshine Blanket! I’ve also got my Hexagon Cardigan on the go alongside this make, though that needs to be finished for Yarndale.

Day 4 of ‘Favourite Make’

Happy Friday… I may have a finished Friday make! 😍😍

I can’t say I have a favourite make as such but my favourite thing to make is blankets! I love how quickly they start to take shape and the happiness they bring to people! 😍

The different textures and designs are endless with blankets, I’ve so many on my to make list I want to try when I find time! I couldn’t even pick a favourite technique, I love to mix it up and try new things though I do adore mosaic crochet! ☺️

Day 3 of ‘Flash Your Stash’

I’m pretty proud of how organised the craft room is looking at the minute, the shelves are rather full but I’ve got a lot of makes currently planned. The baskets are full of WIP’s and a few finished blankets that I’ve still got spare for new arrivals! ☺️

Thanks to Chloe Chloe and her trusty notepad there are about eight blanket makes on the to make list, hoping most of the makes help reduce this stash! 🤞🏻

Day 2 of ‘Rainbow’

What better way to show off my latest WIP as it’s also , it’s not the complete rainbow but I do love a speckled hand dyed yarn make especially if its pastel shades! 😍

I’m finally making a start on my Yarndale cardigan! It’s only took me 11 months to decide on a make, I best get a wiggle on with it… not long now! 😍
