Hi All! I am aware of a bunch of shipments that have been delayed. I posted all orders placed last week between Friday and Tuesday, some via first class and some via tracked 24. I have had some feedback that they haven’t yet arrived. I checked and even the ones that were tracked seem to have been scanned a few days late and not progressed since.
I’m not sure what the delay is caused by (I assume mixture of bank holiday delays and other such as staffing etc), I’ll be contacting Royal Mail to find out, but I am aware that this means some orders won’t be reaching you on time.
Please let me know if you’re affected by this and we’ll find a solution - unfortunately so far Royal Mail is the best value carrier for large letter sized items I could find but I appreciate the lack of reliability has been causing issues so I’ll be looking at other options in the meantime.
