I'll be exhibiting at the Caerphilly Business Expo next week with Follow Fleurs Forever! 💐
As a creative wellbeing business, I'm looking forward to connecting with local businesses, venues, organisations and community groups from across South Wales.
Throughout the day I'll be showcasing how floral crafting can be used to support wellbeing, creativity, team building and community engagement through:
✨ Creative wellbeing workshops ✨ Venue experiences ✨ Bloom & Sip events ✨ DIY floral craft kits ✨ Seasonal workshops and activities ✨ Sustainable floral crafting
I'll also be demonstrating some of our creations throughout the event and sharing information about how Follow Fleurs Forever can work alongside businesses, community projects, wellbeing initiatives and event providers.

Hey Guys,
Back to reality after the Bank Holiday… meanwhile I’m in the studio looking like a windswept floral goblin in 32° heat trying to build workshops, kits, content and wreaths with a fan blowing directly into my soul 😂🌸

But honestly… I wouldn’t have it any other way.

One thing I’ve learnt recently is that people don’t just want “products” anymore — they want experiences, creativity, connection and a reason to switch their brain off for a while.

That’s exactly why Follow Fleurs Forever exists 💛

So while the studio melts around me…

Full day of legally marrying people today in my daytime job 💍✨📖🖋👰‍♀️🤵💐
…but I couldn’t resist sharing a little floral Bank Holiday joy for this gorgeous sunny weekend ☀️🌸
This special birthday make was created for my daughter and honestly… I think the bright colours match the mood perfectly 💕
