Fabulous, large, 1930s opaline globe ceiling lamp by a collaboration between Morco and Hailware, both quality Yorkshire-based lighting companies specialising in hand blown opaline glass shades with brass fittings, largely for industrial and ecclesiastical buildings.
This is a large example, with a circumference of 95cm and a chain length of approximately 45cm. It has braided flex and is wired and working but not PAT tested (this would be buyer’s responsibility). I have multiple available.

Incredible set of six chrome and brown leather Mies Van Det Rohe MR10 dining chairs.
These date from the 1970s/1980s and were possibly made by Knoll.
These examples have brown leather seats and backs on a chrome, tubular frame. They are untouched and in their original condition, which means they come with scratches, scuffs and marks. However, they are very structurally sound.
As we are tall, we have found the seats a bit lower than usual and have used seat pads, which we are happy to include for free.

Exceptional walnut, art deco chest of drawers with original, hexagonal Bakelite handles.
Featuring dovetail joints and a lock by Crofts and Assinder, Birmingham. This company produced locks for the Ritz, Cunard liners, the Waldorf Hotel and the White House.
In very good condition, with wear expected from a piece of furniture this age.
