THÉRA | Design Planning

At what stage of construction should you involve a designer?

Just before the concrete is poured. A design plan is your best defense against going over budget, falling behind schedule, or forgetting crucial details like hidden lighting and outlets.

For our upcoming maisonette in Glyfada, every detail is planned. This is exactly what the final result will look like! Have you ever experienced construction delays? Tell us below.

THÉRA | Systemic Therapy Space.

"I want this space to feel like an artist's home." That was the brief for this systemic therapy center.

We transformed a simple apartment into a safe sanctuary where people can truly open up. We incorporated murals on curved ceilings, earthy tones, and soft lighting. The built-in circular seating naturally brings people closer, ensuring every corner radiates safety and intimacy.

THÉRA | Ouzeri Design | Old Athens.

Ηow do you bring "Old Athens" into the present? We designed this modern ouzeri while completely preserving its authentic soul.

We chose natural textures, traditional cafe chairs, and a striking mural of Markos Vamvakaris. The biggest challenge was the floor: we combined the original green terrazzo with a custom "rug" pattern made from Tinos marble!

THÉRA | Before & After |

How many square meters do you think this apartment is? Take a look at the before!

We designed a custom built-in structure that hides the bed, integrates the washing machine, and adds secret storage , even inside the steps. Combined with mirrored kitchen cabinets to visually expand the room, this entire studio is just 19 square meters!

THÉRA | Flooring |
There was a wall here. We took it down, and kept the marble.

A fantastic craftsman repaired every patch the wall left behind. The client wanted laminate. We insisted on the marble.

Marble or laminate? Settle it for us in the comments.

THÉRA | Before & After |

One wall. One decision. Everything changes.

We removed the kitchen-living room wall and this apartment came alive.

The pattern from the kitchen tiles repeats in the skirting boards, the lights, the bedroom. Even the bathroom picks it up. Every detail talks to the next.

That's the design we're most proud of.
