On behalf of MIA – Mediterranean Interior Architects / Designers, I am proud to welcome the Hellenic Interior Designers Association (HIDA) into our Mediterranean professional community.
With Greece joining Tunisia, Italy, Malta, Spain, France, Türkiye, Morocco and Egypt, MIA now connects nine countries through one shared ambition: to strengthen Interior Architecture and Interior Design across the Mediterranean.
HIDA’s commitment to professional recognition, ethical standards, education, continuous learning and international collaboration reflects the values at the heart of MIA.
We created this community because we firmly believe that cooperation drives progress and that our diversity is our strength. Together, we will continue to:
defend and elevate our profession;
exchange knowledge and best practices;
support education and emerging talent;
promote sustainability, inclusion and innovation;
preserve and reinterpret our shared Mediterranean heritage;
build new opportunities for professionals, educators and students.
The Mediterranean is more than a sea between our countries. It is a space of culture, creativity, knowledge and connection.
