Good times at London — Spyros Kizis designed furniture using thistles for WastED, the experimental rooftop restaurant by
The pop-up brought together chefs, designers, and architects to explore how waste could be reimagined — not only on the plate, but in every part of the space. ’s thistle-based furniture was part of a wider material story:
🍄 Lights made from mushrooms and seaweed (by Jonas Edvard)
🌿 Walls wrapped in agricultural fabric dyed with turmeric
🌊 Bars built from reclaimed teak salvaged in Bali
All curated by formlessfinder to reflect the same principles as the menu — sustainability, reuse, and challenging what we consider “waste.”
