We’re so excited to share our first full-scope project in Boston: a nearly 100-year-old 4,500 sq. ft. triplex on Beacon Street, right across from MIT.

We reimagined all three historic levels to create much better flow and everyday livability, while respecting the city’s strict preservation requirements. The result is a warm, modern home with cozy vibes and lovely oriental touches throughout.

Grateful to unveil our inaugural full-scope project in Boston.

This 4,500 sq ft historic triplex, nearly 100 years old and located on Beacon Street right across the Charles River from MIT, posed a unique challenge: adapting three levels of heritage architecture to maximize usability while meeting strict city regulations.

The result is a refined home that flows seamlessly from bottom to top — modern and cozy, with a subtle Oriental touch that adds warmth and depth while honoring the building’s storied past.
