Topside Residences #高臨｜以細節塑造質感生活
由效果圖走到完工實景，兩個獨立單位都將設計語言完整落實到日常之中，呈現出比預期更完整、更有層次的居住感受。
我們以溫暖木色為主調，配合紋理豐富的大理石、深色飾面及金屬線條，再透過隱藏式與分層燈光，細緻強化材質層次，營造出沉穩而不張揚的現代奢華感。
• 大理石作為視覺重心，為空間建立第一層氣場
• 木色飾面則柔化石材的冷峻，平衡整體冷暖比例
• 深色線條與金屬細節進一步強化邊界感，令整體視覺更俐落、更具現代感
• 展示櫃與收納的一體化設計，兼顧美感與實用性
• 隱藏燈光則將紋理、收口與細節層次一一突顯
• 大面自然採光配合柔和窗簾，延展空間感之餘，亦提升日常居住的舒適度
兩個項目在材料運用與燈光節奏上各有側重，但同樣以「細節」作為設計核心，將質感融入日常，令空間在低調之中呈現更高層次的品味。
From rendered visuals to the completed interiors, both independent units translate the design concept into everyday living, resulting in a home environment that feels more complete and layered than expected.
Centered around warm wood tones, the scheme is complemented by richly textured marble, dark finishes, and metallic accents. Hidden and layered lighting further enhances the depth of the materials, creating a modern luxury atmosphere that feels refined yet understated.
Marble serves as the visual focal point, establishing the first layer of presence in the space.
• Wood finishes soften the coolness of the stone, balancing the overall warm and cool tones.
• Dark lines and metallic details further define the edges, making the composition feel sharper and more contemporary.
• Integrated display and storage design brings together aesthetics and practicality.
• Concealed lighting highlights textures, junctions, and layered details.
• Large areas of natural light, paired with soft curtains, expand the sense of space while improving everyday comfort.
Although the two projects differ in their material emphasis and lighting rhythm, both place “detail” at the core of the design, bringing quality into daily life and allowing the spaces to express a higher level of taste through quiet sophistication.
