【HAVA｜朗天峰｜LOKO DESIGN】

踏入主人房，迎面而來是三個櫃桶。這個位置的安排，其實經過細緻考量。若換一個方向開櫃，當椅子置於中間時便難以拿取；因此我們選擇在這一側開設，順手亦不阻礙動線。對面為求視覺連貫，亦造了一組假櫃桶面板，以圓弧收口呼應，令整組傢俬更具厚度，亦不顯突兀。

一門到頂的衣櫃善用3.2米樓底，2.4米門板的高度，轉化為換季衣物的儲存層，日常與換季衣物互換，毫不費力。

床架追平窗台高度，令床褥可加大半呎，亦能充分利用油壓床下的儲物空間。床頭兩側設有大圓弧防撞，弧形燈帶滲光，氛圍柔和。

全屋以白色為主調，呼應發展商原有的淺木色系，亦令3.2米的傢俬不致壓迫。同一種白，內外用色卻各有分工，細節之間，藏著對生活節奏的體貼。

Walking into the master bedroom, the first thing you notice is three drawers by the door — a deliberate choice. Positioned this way, they remain easy to reach even with a chair nearby, while a matching set of arched panel fronts on the opposite wall keeps the room visually unified.

A full-height wardrobe makes the most of the 3.2m ceiling: the space of 2.4m door becomes seasonal storage.

The bed frame is raised to match the window sill, allowing for a slightly larger mattress and full use of the hydraulic storage beneath. Rounded edges soften every corner, traced with warm LED lighting.

A predominantly white palette echoes the developer's original light-wood tones, keeping the 3.2m-high furniture from feeling heavy — proof that comfort often lives in the smallest decisions.

家中其中一個房間，屬於媽媽。我們特意選用抹茶綠，作為油壓床架與下方儲物位的主色。一種溫和的大地色，不會與全屋的白色產生衝突，反而是一種低調的呼應。日光斜照而入時，房間多了一種自然舒適的質感，入夜後亦更易放鬆。

3呎半的床配合油壓儲物，厚被厚褸皆能妥善收納，手抽拉繩設計令開合更輕鬆。床頭墊上方留有小空間，可擺放電話及插蘇位，無需再放於枕頭旁邊。

一門到頂的衣櫃同樣善用樓底，掛衣區依住客身高調節；旁側的可拉出式檯面，可作簡單辦公或梳妝之用，空間用法留待屋主自行發揮。三個有緩衝的櫃桶分隔不同私人物品，細節之間，這個房間有著屬於自己的節奏與個性。

One bedroom in this home belongs to the homeowner's mother — and we wanted it to feel like hers. A soft matcha green was chosen for the hydraulic bed frame and the storage beneath it, a gentle earth tone that complements the home's white palette without clashing — a quiet echo rather than a contrast. When sunlight filters in, the room takes on a calm, natural warmth, ideal for winding down at night.

The 3.5ft bed with hydraulic storage easily fits thick blankets and coats, opened with a simple pull-strap. A small nook above the headboard holds a phone and charging socket, keeping the nightstand clear.

A full-height wardrobe makes use of the ceiling, with the hanging rail set to the resident's reach. Beside it, a pull-out desk leaves room for light work or a vanity — a space left open for its owner to define. Three soft-close drawers organize personal items, each detail giving this room its own quiet rhythm.

429呎要容納兩夫婦與媽媽三人居住，最先要解決的，往往不是「如何裝飾」，而是「物件該放在哪裡」。

玄關處，側放的C字櫃接住所有隨身物品。鎖匙、手袋隨手安放，層板中央的圓拱中空位呼應全屋的設計語言，燈帶亦由牆身移入櫃體之內。下方鞋櫃以活動層板配合腳踢式鞋架，無需彎腰，連鞋盒一併收納亦綽綽有餘。

再往內走，便是我們稱為「800庫」的儲物室，利用走廊800mm的闊度，以C字櫃劃分出獨立空間，牆身九臂架可自由調節高度，行李箱、吸塵機等大型雜物終於有了歸處，趟門設計亦不阻礙走廊動線。

客廳的電視牆同樣造到頂，電視機掛於偏高位置，下方留空間予soundbar與遊戲機，以玫瑰金噴砂不鏽鋼點綴其中。圓拱收口貫穿全屋，將儲物轉化為一種低調而流暢的視覺語言。

In a 429 sq.ft. home shared by a couple and their mother, the first design decision was never about decoration — it was about where everything belongs.

At the entrance, a side-facing C-shaped cabinet catches keys and bags the moment you walk in, its hollow arch echoing the home's design language throughout. Below, an adjustable shoe cabinet with a kick-open rack makes storing shoes effortless — even shoe boxes fit right in.

Further inside sits the "800 Storage" — a dedicated room carved from an 800mm-wide corridor, fitted with adjustable wall racks for suitcases and bulky items, and a sliding door that keeps the narrow corridor clear.

In the living room, a full-height TV wall raises the screen slightly, leaving room below for a soundbar and console, finished with brushed rose gold steel accents — storage, quietly woven into the home's visual rhythm.

三個人住429呎，從來不是問題。
問題是有沒有人認真想過怎樣設計。

發展商已完成淺木色基本裝修，我們接手的是全屋訂造傢俬。

由客廳到門口、由客房到主人房，所有傢俬造到3.2米天花，善用每一寸垂直空間，以圓拱設計語言貫穿全屋，柔化走廊壓迫感，讓空間在視覺上自然流動。

走廊旁邊，我們闢出一個800mm闊的隱藏儲物室。行李箱、吸塵機、雜物全部有處安放，客廳從此保持整潔。

客房是媽媽的空間，白色主調以外特別選用抹茶綠床架，低調有個性，日光進來的時候，房間有一種說不清的自然感。

主人房入門設計暗藏心思。梳妝枱旁邊的三個櫃桶刻意開向走道側，而非面向椅子方向，確保有椅子在旁時仍可輕鬆取物，完全不受阻礙。

衣櫃以2.4米門板用盡標準高度，餘下0.8米再做儲物吊櫃，轉季衣物與常用衣物分層放置，轉季時直接對調，省時省力。

全房大量採用白色板材配4000K燈帶，令3.2米高傢俬與淺色牆身融為一體，視覺不壓抑。

設計不是靠面積贏，是靠思考。

設計目標：在發展商淺木色基本裝修基礎上，以圓拱設計語言貫穿全屋，善用3.2米高樓底訂造到頂傢俬，並打造800庫儲物室，令兩夫婦與媽媽同住的三人家庭，在有限空間內實現極致收納與舒適生活🏠

【Bijou Court｜別樹一居｜LOKO DESIGN】

光，是主人房浴室最重要的元素。

晴空燈嵌入天花，光線均勻鋪滿整個空間，沒有陰影，沒有死角——這是一種你走進去才感受到的空曠感。手工磚牆身帶著輕微的釉色深淺，不是瑕疵，是每塊磚說自己故事的方式。

條紋玻璃趟門將淋浴區柔和分隔。透過那片玻璃，看得見光的輪廓，看不清細節，恰好是私密與開揚之間那條線。浴缸嵌入矮台，讓泡浴這件事有了一個安靜的儀式感。

客浴的配色，是一次仔細的平衡。米白長條磚鋪滿大部分牆身，淡綠色小方磚局部登場。不是喧賓奪主，是在素白的空間裡，輕輕放了一個顏色的重點。橢圓形發光鏡以柔光邊框勾勒輪廓，懸在牆上，像一幅會發光的畫。

黑色，是這個浴室的決定：花灑、框架、門把、所有五金，統一選黑。一個顏色，沒有雜訊，只有乾淨俐落的線條感。

Light is the most important material in this bathroom.

A flush skylight panel casts even, shadow-free light across the entire space — the kind of openness you feel before you consciously notice it. The handmade wall tiles carry subtle variations in glaze tone: not imperfections, but the evidence that each piece was made by hand.

A fluted glass sliding screen divides the shower from the rest of the room in the gentlest way possible — you can see the shape of the light beyond it, but not the detail. A recessed bathtub platform gives the act of bathing its own quiet moment.

The guest bathroom is a study in careful balance. Elongated white tiles cover most of the wall area. Pale sage green square tiles appear as a deliberate accent — not to dominate, but to place a quiet anchor of colour in an otherwise neutral space. An oval backlit mirror frames itself in soft light, hovering on the wall like a luminous object.

Black is the one consistent decision throughout: shower, frame, door handle, every piece of hardware — unified, no exceptions. A single colour carried all the way through leaves no visual noise, just clean, intentional lines.

廚房，不只是煮飯的地方。

這個廚房有一個 coffee corner。咖啡機、磨豆機、常用器具，各就各位，不是臨時擺放，是從設計之初就留好的位置。

手工磚從灶台鋪到枱面以上，釉面深淺不一，每塊磚都有自己的溫度。焗爐嵌入下櫃，與煤氣爐垂直對位，備餐的動線在設計時已想清楚了。廚房與客廳之間，一道玻璃格窗拱門——打通的是視野，保留的是各自的空間感。

一個廚房夠不夠好，要看它懂不懂你的生活習慣。

The kitchen is more than where you cook.

This one has a dedicated coffee corner. The espresso machine, grinder, and daily tools each have a home — not improvised, but designed in from the start.

Handmade tiles run up the splashback behind the hob, each piece varying slightly in glaze — warm, imperfect, alive. A built-in oven is recessed below the counter, aligned with the gas hob above, so the cooking workflow makes sense without thinking about it. Between the kitchen and living area, a glazed arched window screen opens up the sightline while keeping each space on its own terms.

A kitchen is only as good as how well it understands the way you live.

一個房間，兩種用途，零妥協。

客房兼書房，是很多人覺得要「犧牲」的空間。但這個房間告訴你，不用的。電競桌、雙螢幕、Gaming Chair。工作的那個人，在這裡有一個完整的世界。

旁邊訂造展示書架，以深棕木紋為背景，陳設白色陶藝擺件、設計書籍、蠟燭——兩組燈槽由頂部打下來，書架成了一幅靜物畫。朋友留宿，備用床藏於設計之中，看不見，用得上。

519呎，沒有用不完的空間，但可以有用得好的空間。

One room. Two lives. No compromise.

A guest room that doubles as a study doesn‘t have to feel like a trade-off. Here, the gaming setup — dual monitors, custom desk, ergonomic chair — gets its own fully realised corner, not a squeezed afterthought.

On the opposite wall, a custom display bookshelf in dark walnut houses white ceramic objects, design books, and candles, backlit by two LED shelf lights. It reads like a still life. When guests stay, the sleeping arrangement is built into the design — present when needed, invisible when not.

519 sq.ft. isn’t enough space to waste. But it‘s enough space to do well.

睡眠，是最後的奢侈。

主人房，不求大，求夠好。木紋床頭背板延伸至頂，隱藏燈槽讓光線以最溫柔的方式出現——不是用來照明，是用來安撫的。兩側壁燈可調光，睡前閱讀的習慣，在這個設計裡有了位置。

對牆訂造衣櫃，深棕框配藤編飾面板，以黃銅把手點睛——既是儲物，也是整個房間的視覺焦點。開門是衣櫃，關門是一幅有質感的牆。

每天結束，這個房間告訴你：你可以放下了。

Sleep is the last luxury.

The master bedroom isn’t about size — it‘s about quality. A full-height wood-panelled headboard wall with a concealed LED cove light makes the glow feel like an exhale rather than illumination. Adjustable wall sconces on both sides accommodate the bedtime reading ritual, because good design makes room for the small habits.

The custom wardrobe opposite features dark walnut frames with rattan panel inserts and brass hardware — a piece that functions as storage and reads as a designed wall. Closed, it’s a feature. Open, it‘s a wardrobe.

At the end of every day, this room says: you can let go now.
