Celebrating 30 years in the industry with a milestone that truly speaks to the future!

I am incredibly honored to have received the very first batch of BEAM Plus Interiors v2.0 (Residential) Green Certification directly from the hands of Dr. Cheung Tin-cheung (Chairman of HKGBC) and Ir Harry Lai (Executive Director of HKGBC).This recognition is a massive boost for our team.
It validates that we are on the right track and pushes us to dive even deeper into this excellent green standard.

Spending time with Dr. Cheung and Ir Harry Lai was a highlight—they are such approachable, dynamic, and inspiring leaders. Their feedback and exchange mean the world to us as we take this bold step forward. As a professional, my goal now is to champion this cause, educating our clients and walking alongside them on their ESG journeys. I hope to see more stakeholders join us in pursuing green certifications and adopting eco-friendly materials.

Growing up in a family of engineering, I’ve witnessed the construction industry evolve through two major eras of civilization: starting from the introduction of the 5S methodology to today’s advanced BEAM Plus standards. I am deeply grateful for our continuous progress.

“One small step for human, one giant leap for the Earth." Let's take care of our home so we never have to pack our bags for Mars! 🌍

It was a true honor to be invited and attend the premiere of the documentary "LIVE ON EARTH," sponsored by Standard Chartered. I had the privilege of being there in a dual capacity: as a member of the BEC (Business Environment Council) CMC Committee, and as a passionate part-time organic farmer. The film was absolutely brilliant and resonated with me on a profound level. The documentary opens with a powerful question that instantly hit home:“Why are we trying so hard to move to Mars—such a terrifying, inhospitable place—instead of restoring and living on a healed Earth?”It is a brilliant and necessary question.Later, the camera cuts to a vast cotton field in China. Workers are seen waving feather dusters over the crops. To an untrained eye, it might look confusing. But with my background in permaculture, my natural instinct immediately told me the harsh truth: this is artificial pollination. Why? Because the insects, the bees, and the butterflies are gone. Our high-meat diets, deforestation, and overgrazing have stripped countless species of their habitats.Having been personally healed by nature myself, I deeply understood the filmmaker's core message. It shines a stark light on two critical issues: biodiversity and human lifestyle attitudes. We hold the power to change everything. The absolute wonder of Earth cannot be replaced by any other celestial body in the universe. We must live in the present and cherish what we have—which is exactly why I choose to deep-dive into this cause through my professional work.Let us inspire and support one another in this journey, so that we can leave a more beautiful, sustainable world for the next generation.Stepping out of Tai Kwun into the concrete jungle of Hong Kong, I couldn't help but wonder: Will this city of stone and concrete one day be replaced by a canopy of lush, vibrant greenery? 🌱
