A proud moment in London.

Raffles London at The OWO has been recognised by readers of both Condé Nast Traveler US and Condé Nast Traveller UK, ranking No. 7 and No. 6 respectively among the best hotels in London in the 2026 Readers’ Choice Awards.

As part of this landmark destination, Paper Moon brings its own character to the former Old War Office, balancing Italian dining with the atmosphere and heritage of one of London’s most significant addresses.

Congratulations to ARGO, recognised among The 50 Best Bars.

Named after the ship from Greek mythology that carried Jason and the Argonauts on their journey into the unknown, ARGO takes inspiration from exploration and discovery.

Designed by AB Concept: the bar brings the spirit of a contemporary conservatory into the heart of Hong Kong. Sweeping curves, mirrors, hanging greenery and floral references reflect the light of Victoria Harbour, while artwork by Raku Inoue brings nature into the details through delicate paper insects inspired by leaves and flora.

By day, natural light fills the space from the harbour. As evening falls, the revolving cylinders around the central column gradually open to reveal the rare spirits within, allowing the bar to shift naturally from day into night.

More than anything, ARGO was designed as a place to linger — somewhere guests can enjoy the moment and take something of the evening with them when they leave.

That experience is shaped by many hands, and we are grateful to our client Sun Hung Kai and our lighting consultant MBLD for their collaboration and trust throughout the project, and to Four Seasons Hong Kong for bringing ARGO to life.

We’re excited to announce that Akira Back at The Henderson, Hong Kong has won the Colour category at the 2026 Restaurant & Bar Design Awards.

Colour was central to the Akira Back design. Rich vermilion, cobalt and blush tones are layered with gold accents, tactile fabrics and striking pink marble, giving the restaurant its distinctive energy and character.

We’re especially grateful to Mrs Young Hee Back. Her beautiful paintings inspired the vibe and palette in the design and brought a personal touch to the space.

Our thanks to the people and partners who helped bring the project to life — Henderson Land, Isometrix for lighting consultancy, Ricardo for lighting manufacture, Tai Ping for the carpets, and Karimoku for the bespoke chairs in the private dining room.

And to our team led by Rex, thank you for the many ideas, discussions and details that went into the project.

A wonderful moment to celebrate at the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards.

Congratulations to the teams behind Legend at Wenzhou Lucheng Plaza, Spago at The St. Regis on the Bund, Shanghai and Akira Back at The Henderson, shortlisted across 7 Asian categories.

Each project reflects a different design approach — from the sky-high calm of Legend, to Spago’s cinematic take on all-day dining, and Akira Back’s bold, expressive interiors.

Thank you to our clients, collaborators and the teams who brought these spaces to life.

A contemporary Beijing residence, hidden within China World Mall.

For the new VIP Lounge, we looked to the character of the traditional Chinese mansion and reinterpreted it for a contemporary setting.

Auspicious cloud motifs, the warm glow of glazed roof tiles and the geometry of the Chinese knot are woven into the space through light, form and material.

Beyond layered screens, sculptural metalwork and translucent glass, the lounge unfolds into a series of intimate spaces for dining, conversation, private events and quiet moments.

Custom Jingdezhen ceramics, jade-toned stone and bronze-toned metal add depth and a sense of craft throughout.

A private setting shaped by Beijing’s architectural heritage, reinterpreted for today.

An opera in light and shadow.

On Level 71, Yu Yue Heen draws from the rhythm, poise and theatre of Cantonese opera.

Bespoke screens inspired by jade pendants filter light through textured glass and slender metal frames, while lacquer, silk-finished walls and patterned surfaces add depth and texture.

The private dining rooms take the story further, each drawing on a different operatic role and the cultural landscape of Guangzhou.
As light moves through the restaurant, details appear and recede — bringing a quiet sense of movement to the space.

A dining room where Cantonese opera is reinterpreted through architecture, material and light.
