上課地點：皇后大道中 （中環中心對面；從中環地鐵站D2 出口步行約7分鐘；從上環站A2 出口約5分鐘）
人數尚限: 3位 （名額有限，報名從速）
＾難度：1星（5星為最難）
＾學習到設計，配色，繞線，換線，接駁絲線，工具運用與配件組合等技巧；更重要是懂得鑑賞一朵漂亮的纏花
＾無需任何編織，鈎織，縫紉與刺繡經驗
＾費用包括所有材料和工具使用

纏花是一種客家傳統技藝，在台灣又稱為為 [春仔花] 。2010年纏花被列為台灣國家級非物質文化遺產，以純手工完成，作品表面呈現如絲絹般的亮澤光華。
｜授課者簡介｜
由具有多年纏花教學經驗的老師親授，導師 May Chan 畢業於 UW, Canada 美術系（榮譽），曾多次參與本地國外手作市集，致力於將這門美麗的傳統工藝，用現代語言重新演繹。
[Basic Chan-hua Workshop］
Venue: Queens Road Central (near the Central Market；5-minute walk of Sheung Wan MTR Station Exit A2)

Duration: 1.5- 2 hours

Since 2010, the art skill of Chan Hua has become an intangible cultural heritage for Taiwan, and it also carries an important role in the Hakka culture. On festive days and special occasions, women beautify themselves by wrapping their own hair ornaments. Some ladies make them for their daughters’ and granddaughters’ weddings and pass them down as heirlooms even to this day.

｜Instructor Introduction｜
The workshop is led by an experienced instructor, May Chan who has taught Chan-hua for many years and has showcased her works at various craft fairs locally and internationally. She is passionate about reinterpreting this beautiful traditional craft through a modern lens.
May graduated with a Fine Arts Degree (honours) at UW, Ontario. The Boutique at the National Gallery of Canada has purchased and sold her works.
