Designed perfectly for a couple who love entertaining friends, we did a massive layout alteration. By knocking down the store room, we opened up a super spacious and luxurious dining area. Paired with custom-built hidden seating, it can effortlessly host a 10-person dinner gathering.

For the kitchen, we added a sleek 3-panel sliding door—perfect for blocking out cooking fumes while maintaining a great open-plan sense of space. Finally, the earth-toned master bedroom features a smart false ceiling design to hide the structural beams, creating a super chill, resort-like vibe.

MP Founder Edward takes you inside a newly completed 1500 sqft. four-bedroom luxury apartment at Dynasty Court, Mid-Levels.

Guided by the Designer’s single requirement — “serenity” — the design revolves around a tranquil yet dynamic ambiance.
Deep wood tones, marble accents, oversized minimalist floor tiles, and subtle light play create an airy, spacious feel without emptiness.

From unobstructed mountain views and custom dining cabinetry to the master bedroom’s dressing area and soft ambient lighting, every detail reflects understated elegance.

Rejecting traditional ostentatious luxury, this home embraces a relaxed, serene lifestyle.
