香港古洞南歐式莊園大宅華第，以簡約典雅的當代語重塑別墅生活。設計褪去繁複裝飾，回歸空間、自然與日常居住本質。

全屋鋪柔和暖白為基調，整片落地玻璃窗將庭院綠意悠然引入室內。柔軟布藝、質感家具與自然植栽，為空間注入溫度，亦柔化建築的俐落線條。

戶外專屬花園設有泳池與露天餐飲區，讓室內生活自然延伸至戶外；景致、光影與日常起居在此無縫交融。

Cadenza 以克制而細膩的當代設計，勾勒一種鬆弛有度、溫潤從容的雅致日常。

Cadenza, a European-inspired manor residence in Kwu Tung South, Hong Kong, reimagines villa living through a language of restrained elegance. Stripping away ornate detailing, the design returns to the essentials of space, nature and everyday living.

A warm, soft-white palette sets the tone, while full-height windows draw the courtyard’s lush greenery indoors. Plush fabrics, tactile furnishings and lush planting soften the architecture. The private garden features a swimming pool and an al-fresco dining area, allowing indoor living to flow seamlessly outdoors.

Through a refined contemporary design language, Cadenza shapes an elegant way of living—relaxed, composed and quietly warm.

作為餐廳的隱秘延伸，全新Amber Wine Cellar沉浸式酒窖專注呈現佳釀的風土、工藝與年份魅力。空間跳出石材與金屬酒架的傳統設計範式，以溫潤高雅的胡桃木為主材；中央設有可開合的訂製餐桌，營造宛如豪華私宅地下酒窖般的私享品鑒時光。

The newly unveiled Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong retains its understated, private character while embracing a more vibrant, open atmosphere. At Amber, organic curves and natural material textures create a serene, refined setting in the heart of Central.

Conceived as the restaurant’s hidden extension, the newly opened Amber Wine Cellar celebrates the terroir, craftsmanship, and vintage character of exceptional wines. Departing from the conventional use of stone and metal wine racking, warm walnut takes centre stage. At its heart, a bespoke extendable dining table invites guests to savour intimate tasting moments, evoking the private character of an underground cellar in a grand residence.

Blanc de Noirs 香檳雞尾酒酒吧坐落於香港置地文華東方酒店七樓，臻藏600款香檳與特調，包括稀有年份酒款，爲酒店拉開精緻餐飲旅程的序幕。

黑白撞色美學演繹隽永法式風情；深邃啞黑之中，鎏金氣泡點綴微醺氛圍，讓賓客暫離都市繁囂，沉浸於悠然宴飲時光。

銀杏印記散落其間：鋼琴黑玻璃畫框隱現紋樣，大理石地面鐫刻葉脈，鏡面光影交織，延展空間層次。在純粹利落的黑白場域中，開啓雅致的香檳品鑒之旅。

「Blanc de Noirs是一處僅設三十席位的香檳雞尾酒秘境。席位限定造就獨有的私密氛圍。黑白是法式簡約的經典語言：我們以深色基底、低照度燈光與鎏金氣泡構築動態層次，讓賓客從酒窖步入此處時，情緒隨場景緩緩過渡。」

Blanc de Noirs, the champagne cocktail bar on the 7th floor of Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong, offers a collection of 600 champagnes and cocktails, including rare vintages, as an elegant prelude to the hotel’s gastronomic journey.

A monochrome palette expresses timeless French elegance. Against a deep black backdrop, gilded bubble motifs bring a subtle sense of movement, inviting guests to unwind into unhurried conviviality.

Ginkgo motifs appear in piano-black glass frames, etched marble and mirrored surfaces, creating an interplay of light, shadow and spatial depth for a refined champagne-tasting experience.

“Blanc de Noirs is an intimate 30-seat champagne and cocktail sanctuary, where limited seating creates a distinct sense of privacy. Black and white express the classic language of French minimalism. 茶韻為骨，賽馬為魂。

香港賽馬會滿貫廳的設計，是一場關於「速度與靜謐」的對話。承襲中國百年茶道，色澤由淺至深沿長廊緩緩鋪展，移步間色澤遞變，引人探索；賽馬會的集體記憶，則被細膩地收進每一件器物之中。

燈具糅合馬鞍弧線與滿月圓潤輪廓，剛柔並濟；私用廂房訂製扶手餐椅以仿馬鞍椅背烘托入座的儀式感；酒櫃把手更以騎馬馬鐙為原型，上方圓環喻滿月，下方雙拱弧線復刻馬鐙承托之姿。設計師刻意將這些線索藏入日常，靜候細品者從容解讀。

承人文底蘊，揉清逸茶韻，剛柔合一。

Rooted in tea culture and animated by the spirit of horse racing, the design of HKJC Moon Koon Restaurant unfolds as a dialogue between speed and stillness.

Drawing on a century-old Chinese tea tradition, the space features a gradient of tea-inspired tones that transition from light to deep along the corridors, gently guiding movement and inviting exploration. The collective memory of the Hong Kong Jockey Club is thoughtfully embedded within each design element.

Horse racing motifs are subtly woven throughout the space. Lighting fixtures merge the curved form of a saddle with the fullness of a moon, balancing strength and softness. In the private dining rooms, custom armchairs with saddle-inspired backrests enhance a sense of ritual upon seating. Wine cabinet handles draw inspiration from stirrups, with a circular ring above symbolising the full moon and twin arcs below echoing the supportive form of the stirrup. These details are discreetly integrated, revealing themselves gradually to the attentive eye.

Infused with cultural depth and refined tea aesthetics, the space achieves a harmonious balance between strength and elegance.

滿貫廳坐擁跑馬地馬場景致，一直深受會員愛戴，是與親友共敘的首選食府。

設計靈感源自中國茶道，以茶湯的「層次」與「色澤」為主軸，色調隨空間垂直遞進，引領賓客緩步漫遊。一樓入口以清淺色調呈現，二樓主餐區溫潤似烏龍沉韻；私宴包廂以沉穩大地色收束，呼應陳年普洱的醇厚底蘊。

主餐區格局靈活，從私密小酌到賽事歡聚需求皆能從容承接，並靈活配合賽馬日與非賽馬日的不同節奏。訂制景觀魚缸，穿透專屬窗框，面向餐區完整展演，成為空間中的動態視覺焦點。

整體氛圍含蓄演繹東方茶韻，一步一景，於靜謐中見禪意，在流動中顯從容。

Moon Koon Restaurant overlooking the Happy Valley Racecourse is a timeless favorite among members of The Hong Kong Jockey Club.

Inspired by Chinese tea culture, the design uses the “layers” and “tonal richness” of tea as its narrative. A vertical unfolding colour palette guides guests through the space: the ground floor entrance features light tones reminiscent of freshly brewed tea; the upper-level main dining area reflects the warmth of mellow oolong; while private dining rooms are defined by deeper, earthy hues echoing aged pu-erh.

The main dining area is highly adaptable, accommodating both intimate gatherings and lively race-day occasions, while responding seamlessly to the operational rhythm between race days and non-race days. A bespoke feature aquarium, framed within a dedicated window and oriented towards the dining area, serves as a dynamic focal point.

The space subtly captures the essence of Eastern tea culture, with elegant views at every turn and a rich, tranquil Zen ambiance.
