Today, Anya invites you to experience a breathtaking 1,700 sq. ft. sanctuary at VELE in the Southern District. Designing a space that faces the Aberdeen Marina Club requires a deep appreciation for the coastal panorama. We break down the brilliant spatial foresight of this residence—from the expansive horizontal living room that maximizes natural daylight to the curved balcony edges that elegantly soften the boundaries between indoors and out.

Step into a new dimension of Root Design. While we are known for crafting intimate residential sanctuaries, our philosophy of bespoke luxury translates seamlessly into the commercial world.

At SANYARD, we translated our bespoke craftsmanship into a compelling brand experience. Notice the seamless curved glass display echoing the warm herringbone floors, and the custom brass lighting featuring the signature 'S' insignia, mounted flawlessly against the dark green marble pillars. Every geometric line and material transition was meticulously calculated to elevate the visual tension and embody the core identity of the brand.
We envisioned a space where every guest who pushes open the fluted glass door instantly embarks on a sensory journey of absolute tranquility and exclusivity.

Starting the week by revisiting one of our most celebrated residential projects.

Earlier this year, this stunning residence made its debut on a ViuTV program, and today we are taking you behind the scenes of its design. The true centerpiece of this inviting living room is the seamless harmony between the seating and the coffee table.
Knowing our client had already fallen in love with their dream sofa, our design team took it a step further by custom-designing a bespoke coffee table to perfectly complement its textures and proportions. True luxury is found in these tailor-made details that effortlessly tie a room together.
