At Repulse Bay Road, arctitudesign transformed an apartment entrance by setting back the original bedroom wall to create a generous arrival space. The reconfigured layout introduces a wider circulation corridor, a curated bench moment, and a dedicated backdrop for artwork—turning a simple threshold into a calm, gallery‑like transition.

Thoughtful proportions, refined materials, and careful detailing enhance daily movement while elevating the home’s first impression. This subtle architectural adjustment transforms the entrance into a calm, gallery‑like transition zone that enhances daily living. Thoughtful spatial planning, refined material choices, and a slow‑living sensibility come together to express our belief that good design begins the moment you step inside.

在淺水灣道，arctitudesign 透過後移原臥室牆，改造了公寓入口，打造出寬敞的迎賓空間。重新佈置後的空間更加開闊，引入了更寬敞的走廊、精心設計的長椅以及專屬的藝術品背景牆，將原本簡單的入口空間轉化為寧靜雅緻的過渡區域，宛如一座畫廊。

Structured into a sculptural rhythm guides residents into a private, gallery-like circulation path; pure white ceilings transform all electromechanical and intelligent systems into a silent backdrop, allowing light and proportion to breathe freely. Combined with long-life British LEDs, the home becomes more durable, quieter, and possesses a timeless modern aesthetic.

Refurbishing a home is an opportunity to rediscover its original character while shaping a space that truly supports modern living.

In this project, we embraced the beauty of simplicity—retaining key interior elements that carry the apartment’s history and enhancing them through thoughtful, refined design. Rather than replacing everything, we focused on elevating what was already there, allowing the home’s unique features to shine with renewed clarity.

This refurbishment reflects our belief that good design is not about excess—it is about intention. When we honour what already exists and enhance it with purpose, we create homes that feel grounded, timeless, and genuinely lived in.

And when intention meets the right materials, even a compact kitchen can hold stories, recipes, and the rhythm of everyday life.

On the white glass wall, an egg‑tart recipe became more than a recipe — it became a moment of living. A writing surface, a memory board, a teaching tool, a design detail.
