Minimal Cafe // 走進一處微水泥的咖啡綠洲

為 Minimal Cafe 設計品牌的第二分店－設計以簡約輕奢風格，詮釋現代「岩石洞穴」概念，為顧客打造寬敞舒服、帶有微水泥質感的文青休憩空間。整個空間以明亮淺木色與純白為主調，大幅減少視覺壓迫感，展現通透空曠的感覺。水吧下方特別選用粗獷質感的岩石材質作為視覺焦點，牆面則局部鋪設淺灰軟石板，營造出細緻自然的微水泥牆面；搭配溫潤木質座椅與編織吊燈，在現代與原始自然之間取得平衡，打造極具質感且放鬆的咖啡時光。

Designed for Minimal Cafe’s second location, the brand identity blends a modern "rock cave" concept with a refined, relaxed aesthetic, creating a spacious and comfortable sanctuary with subtle micro-cement textures. The interior embraces a bright palette of light wood and soft whites to minimize visual weight and foster an open, airy ambience. Down at the coffee bar, rough-hewn stone paneling serves as a focal point, while light gray soft-stone accents line the walls to mimic a fine micro-cement texture. Complemented by warm wooden seating and woven pendant lights, the design strikes a balance between modern minimalism and raw nature, delivering a serene, elevated cafe experience.

世紀大廈 // 材質與色彩拼接的退休之家

位於中半山世紀大廈的特色單位－面對特殊的不規則的弧形格局，我們藉此轉化為設計的動線挑戰，並以戶主收藏的鮮艷歐式家具為靈感，注入豐富彩度，打造充滿個性品味的現代居所。客廳打通相鄰房間，透過玻璃長門靈活切換成獨立書房或宏闊的開放式大廳，極大化採光與視覺流動。順應弧形格局，廚房與通道交界處特別量身打造三角形中島台，滿足收納與輕食用餐需求。主人套房拆除原有的衛浴衣帽間，改於中央設置多功能島台，流暢區隔睡眠區與儲物空間。全屋浴室與休息空間亦鋪陳繽紛色彩與特色藝術牆紙，完美搭配戶主的跳動傢俬色彩，展現獨具一格的奢華品味。

Faced with Century Tower’s distinct curved layout, we transformed spatial challenges into seamless movement. Inspired by the owner’s bold European furniture collection, the home blends vibrant hues with contemporary elegance. Opening a room creates a spacious hall, using glass sliding doors to transition into a private study while maximizing daylight and visual flow. To navigate the irregular contours, a custom triangular kitchen island optimizes storage and serves as a casual dining spot. Reconfiguring the master suite by removing the enclosed bath-walk-in closet, a central island now fluidly separates the sleeping area from storage. Colorful artwork wallpapers in the bathrooms and rest spaces echoing the owner's lively furnishings, delivering a personalized, elevated residence.

帝柏海灣 // 深而不壓的獨居美學

位於奧運站的帝柏海灣的單位－為單身戶主與愛貓設計的居所，以「深色調」與「開揚感」的平衡為核心，化解暗色系的壓迫感，打造沉穩而通透的現代私宅。電視牆採用一系列黑鋼入牆櫃，輔以溫潤木材與大理石紋理，為冷冽的金屬線條注入自然溫度。黑鋼美學延伸至飯廳特色吊燈、茶几與家具細節；飯廳牆面則巧用鏡面折射光線，顯著提升採光度與視覺通透感。主人房延續中性色調，以雙重質感的特色床頭板堆疊出豐富視覺層次。主廁嚴選淺色雲石，交織出精緻暖意；客廁特別規劃貓廁所專區；預留的客房則以大量木質家具為主，為偶前前來留宿的母親打造放鬆溫馨的休息空間。

Located at Central Park, Olympic Station, this modern residence for a solo owner and their cats balances deep tones with spatial openness to create a calm, light-filled home. The living area features custom black steel cabinetry softened by warm wood and marble accents, complemented by black metallic details and a mirrored dining wall that amplifies natural light. In the private quarters, a dual-texture headboard anchors the neutral master bedroom, a light marble ensuite adds refined warmth, and custom features - a dedicated cat litter zone in the guest bath and a cozy, timber-filled guest room for visiting family - fulfill every lifestyle need.

位於跑馬地比華利山的單位設計－設計重組空間與材質以破除採光限制，並將戶主的舊傢私與大量收藏完美融入新裝中。玄關以弧形拱門與飾櫃打造優雅過渡；客飯廳以現代簡約為主調，牆身運用多款面料板材配搭壁燈，於單一色調中堆疊豐富層次，並特別劃分出鋼琴區。電視牆嵌入全高金屬細節陳列架，讓童趣收藏精緻轉化為空間亮點。主人房以優雅灰為主軸，幾何特色床頭板配木質邊框，搭配俐落風扇吊燈；床尾全高衣櫃採用布藝飾面門板，賦予極致的收納質感。其餘睡房延續灰調與拼貼細節，書房旁更獨立闢出結合暗藏燈帶的深色鞋房，打造一體化的私人空間。

Located in The Beverly Hills, Happy Valley, this residence overcomes natural lighting constraints through spatial reorganization, integrating existing furniture and a vast collection into a modern minimalist setting. The entryway’s elegant arched doorway leads into a fluid living space enriched by multi-textured wall panels, soft sconce lighting, a dedicated piano corner, and full-height metallic display shelves that elevate collectible items into stylish focal points. In the private quarters, an elegant grey palette flows from the master bedroom - highlighted by a geometric headboard, sleek ceiling fan light, and soft fabric-clad wardrobes - to the study and dedicated dark-timber shoe room, creating a highly functional home. ======================================

位於跑馬地禮頓山的特色單位－單位將全馬場的壯麗景色納入日常。為突顯戶主鍾愛的特色與極致質感家品，設計以中性色調的硬裝為底襯，拿捏出軟硬裝之間的完美平衡。玄關整合換鞋凳與大容量鞋櫃，流暢延伸至客飯廳，而電視區更貼心預留音響平台，兼顧收納與視聽享受。主人房以暖灰色調鋪陳，床頭糅合弧形線條、皮革與條紋壁紙，疊加豐富質感，並順應配置優雅梳妝檯。我們縮窄書房牆身，將入門位移至中央，在極大化兩側儲物空間的同時，為主人房騰出更寬敞的衣帽間。

Located in Leighton Hill, Happy Valley, this apartment frames breathtaking racecourse views. A neutral background sets the stage to showcase the homeowners’ distinctive, highly textured furniture - striking a perfect balance between architecture and decor. The entryway combines a shoe bench and storage, flowing naturally into the open living area. The TV feature wall thoughtfully includes a platform tailored for audio gear. Dressed in warm greys, the master bedroom features a curved leather and striped wallpaper headboard alongside an elegant vanity. Reconfiguring the study’s entrance expanded storage on both sides while freeing up space for a larger walk-in closet in the master suite.

位於中半山的竹林苑的特色單位－寬敞的方正玄關順暢過渡至飯廳，以滿牆收納與精緻的Whisky Bar陳列酒架演繹生活品味。採光充沛的客廳摒棄繁複高櫃，採用微型電視矮櫃結合特色牆與開放式展示櫃，將視覺無限延伸。三間睡房各有靈魂：兒子睡房將床頭面窗，工作之餘盡覽景致與模型收藏；女兒睡房則以精準燈光計畫化解採光限制。主人房善用鑽石形大窗的絕佳採光，跳脫傳統佈局，在床尾與電視之間特別鋪設單人沙發，打造獨享Me Time 的舒壓角落；更打通相連儲物室擴充衣帽間，並將主廁浴缸改為俐落企缸。廚房修飾多角格局，配合延伸工作檯面。

Located at Bamboo Grove in Mid-Levels, this character-filled residence opens with a square foyer that flows into the dining area’s bespoke Whisky Bar, while the sun-drenched living room pairs a low TV console with open display shelves to maximize visual space. Across the private quarters, the son’s room faces the window for scenic work breaks, the daughter’s room uses a tailored lighting scheme to boost brightness, and the master suite leverages a diamond-shaped window, adding a cozy armchair for "Me Time," an expanded walk-in closet, and a sleek walk-in shower, all anchored by a kitchen that smooths out angled walls with extended countertop space.
