大埔鐵路站出口外9時30分集合，乘 275R 巴士往烏蛟騰起步，經亞媽笏、分水坳至荔枝窩大休，後經三椏涌、上下苗田出烏蛟騰返回起步點散隊。

難度 : 2星，全程約4-1/2小時。

請留意：
1．有小段山路受雨水沖刷要慢行。
2．中途冇退路，行友先預留時間。
