「羅用手作」於2008年創業，是香港本土手作人Hebe Law (羅雍雅) 的個人手製皮具配飾品牌。所有作品均由Hebe Law (羅雍雅) 設計及親手製造，用料是意大利皮革。香港製造。
於2008年，Hebe Law (羅雍雅) ，她利用一台縫紉機開始製作皮袋， 以其姓氏「羅」作為標誌。她喜用不同顏色的皮革自由併貼，把中國傢俱銅器融合在其作品中。所有製品都是獨一無二的，豐富顏色配搭更顯其獨特性。
