設計亮點
• 墨綠手工磚 + 中島吧檯：廚房緊鄰玄關，集中木紋、墨綠及深色石材等極具辨識度的元素，一入門即成為視覺焦點，奠定成熟型格的調性。
• 主客廁打通呈「三分離」格局：將主人房套廁與客廁打通，獨立分置洗手、如廁以及浸浴與淋浴區域，大幅提升日常使用的彈性與實用性。
• 主人房地台 + 屏風：設計由「平面」轉向「立體」，利用屏風式間隔配合升高地台重新劃分區域，透過高低差與若隱若現的遮擋，增添空間變化與生活儀式感。
全屋以炭灰色為主調，並非一味堆疊深色，而是透過灰階變化、材質紋理、適度留白與燈光調配，拉開豐富的空間層次。
Design Highlights
• Deep Green Handmade Tiles + Kitchen Island Bar: Located adjacent to the entrance, this area combines rich wood grains, deep green handcrafted tiles, and dark stone elements to create an instant, sophisticated focal point upon walking in.
• 3-Way Split Bathroom Layout: By merging the master ensuite and guest bathroom, we created a streamlined three-zone layout separating the vanity, toilet, and bath/shower areas to maximize everyday flexibility.
• Raised Platform + Screen Partition in Master Bedroom: Elevating the layout from 2D to 3D, the elevated flooring paired with screen partitioning subtly redefines the space, bringing vertical variation and a sense of ritual to the bedroom.
Grounded in a charcoal grey color scheme, the home avoids heaviness by skillfully weaving together grey gradient variations, material textures, subtle spatial breathing room, and ambient lighting to build deep, layered ambiance.
