層層鋪排於 系列伽利略號造型陶瓷長方形焗盤，這黑白提拉米蘇在味道及呈現方式上都充滿玩味的對比。浸泡於濃縮咖啡中的黑可可手指餅層層疊放，配以雲呢拿籽馬斯卡彭芝士及鮮忌廉。最後撒上幼細刨碎的黑朱古力作點綴，既有熟悉的味道，卻又帶著一絲另一個世界的感覺。
