Készül a kert is ebben a hatalmas melegben. Szerencsére a meglévő fák oltalmazó árnyékot biztosítanak. Sok korábban burkolt felület helyét zöldfelület veszi át az épület körül, az öreg fák tövét magaságyásokkal óvjuk. A hőcsillapítás érdekében az épület homlokzata is zölddel lesz befuttatva. A burkolatok vízáteresztőek, így az esővíz helyben marad.
Sok apró tervezői döntés, ami meghatározó a park és a növényzet jövője szempontjából. Kerttervezőnkkel Mónika Mandel-lel (Biophiliart) nagyon fontosnak tartjuk évek óta ezt a fenntartható szemléletet és igyekszünk közös projektjeinkben megvalósítani. Az idei nyár megmutatta, hogy elengedhetetlen beépíteni ezt a gondolkodást mindennapokba!

The garden is taking shape, even in this extraordinary summer heat. Fortunately, the mature trees already provide generous shade. Around the building, many previously paved surfaces are being replaced with green areas, while raised planting beds help protect the old trees. To reduce heat gain, the building's façade will also be covered with climbing plants. Permeable paving allows rainwater to infiltrate the ground and remain on site.
A series of small design decisions, each of which plays an important role in shaping the future of the landscape and its vegetation. Together with our landscape designer, Mónika Mandel (Biophiliart), we have been committed to this sustainable approach for many years, striving to integrate it into every project we work on together. This summer has made it clearer than ever that this way of thinking is no longer optional—it has become an essential part of everyday design practice.
