Located in Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat, this one hectare development steps naturally toward the eastern horizon of Selong Belanak. The architecture follows the contour, creating layered villas that feel intentional and composed.

Designed for honeymooners seeking intimacy and families seeking quiet retreat, each unit balances privacy, view, and exclusivity. Distinct roof forms define the silhouette, while natural stone and dark toned wood create a timeless tropical presence. Green intervals between units preserve the jungle character of the land.

CASA de ELITE reflects a lifestyle shaped by movement and moments of pause.

Padel and tennis courts form the heart of the space, supported by pilates and physiotherapy areas that encourage balance and recovery beyond the game.

Open communal areas invite people to linger and connect. The façade uses alderon panels to maximize natural daylight during the day and create a soft glow at night from within. Generous openings on every side allow cross ventilation, ensuring comfort across both active and social spaces. Wood elements add warmth and a tropical character, softening the solidity of the concrete structure.

Together, these choices shape an environment that feels breathable, grounded, and welcoming.
