Plasis (PT Plasis Mitra Asia) is a design firm, providing planning, architecture and interior consultancies for developers, corporations, and individuals. Plasis was established as a partnership in January 2010 by two partners, Dony Pasaribu and Frans Sipayung, both graduated in 2001 from Institut Teknologi Bandung majoring in architecture. Dony worked for several years as architectural designer i
n Washington DC and Baltimore, USA,. In 2007 he worked for Gensler, the biggest architecture firm in the world, until his return to Indonesia in 2010. Frans worked as architectural designer at DP Architects Singapore, starting in 2003. In 2007, he joined Smallwood Reynolds Stewart Stewart (SRSS) Singapore, a well respected international firm. In 2009 he rejoined DP Architects until 2010. In early 2012, Yustinus Sembada, joined Plasis as new partner . He was working in Development Design Group for several years before returning home. Prior to joining Plasis he was Masterplan Manager at Sinarmas Land until 2012. Plasis was incorporated as PT Plasis Mitra Asia in 2012. Since established, Plasis has opportunities to be involved in architecture and masterplanning projects in various scale.
