Tree-loggy
I decided to visited the moment when i first fell in love with ceramics. Handbuilt kurinuki and darker ambience.
Full muscle memory experience, unplanned , just absorbed the moment. I just focused on how i wanted them to be felt .
Glazed with my last drip of classic black Kamogawa river glaze and my favourite glittery green glaze to represent our nature to balance the light and the dark side of ourselves, abstract carvings that looks strong yet soft to touch, a stony look but its ceramic- might looks strong but you need to handle it with care.
A trio that i made on 3 different time:
When the sun hits hard in Sanur, a quiet midnight and a gloomy afternoon.
Classic black glaze provides the depth on a void. The space that will be filled by their new owners stories, a continuity from mine through theirs, like a never ending journey.
Thats how i see my vessels, a chat, conversation, connection, a presence.
