" AAA " House, Micro Housing in Surabaya.
Location: Surabaya.

Project Background:
Most people in metropolitan cities, especially Surabaya, dream of urban life, where they can have a decent house close to the CBD at an affordable price. Responding to these problems, we designed Micro Housing carefully to present landed houses that are functional but comfortable and suitable for use on limited land and are located in one of the densest areas in Surabaya.
We chose a modern minimalist design approach with a mass of basic geometric shapes and a monochromatic color scheme for " AAA House ". Due to the nature of the area, we developed a solid, enclosed massing in response to security and comfort concerns around the site. Ultimately, this monochromatic appearance can differentiate the housing complex from existing neighboring houses, and is expected to represent the lifestyle of its future residents.
