When the dream bride says, “I totally trust you. Do your own thing. Surprise me.” 🤍
As a florist, honestly… it doesn’t get much better than that. ✨
We had SO much fun creating the floral concept for Fiona & Shane’s wedding last weekend. There was so much thought behind every element, and months of planning went into bringing the vision to life.
For the church, we kept the florals soft and timeless, using neutral whites and greens. Everything including the whopper arch installation was then carefully repurposed afterwards into the ballroom, giving the flowers a whole new chapter.
We also wanted to introduce pops of soft pink and burgundy throughout the reception flowers for a little edge. Our idea was for table arrangements to feel like brothers and sisters — clearly related, sharing the overall modern aesthetic, but each one a little different, with its own personality and something interesting to discover for guests.
The challenge was pulling all of those individual pieces together, while making sure they worked beautifully alongside the church florals being repurposed into the ballroom.
And then came the stunning lighting, linen and overall production from which completely transformed the Great Room at the Great Southern Hotel.
Once the candles were lit and the lights came on, it was absolutely magical. ✨
There’s something so special about seeing an idea that has lived in your head for months finally come to life in front of you — especially when you’ve been given the freedom to create and trusted completely with the design.
We are SO happy with how it all came together. 🤍
Fiona & Shane, thank you for trusting us to do our thing. It was an absolute joy. 🥂✨
