.. Some very IMPORTANT message.. 🌸❤️
. i own a small flower shop with my partner Jay (he's social media shy), and this is ONE of the hardest things we ever done..
. building small business isn't easy.. We built ours from scratch.. We never took over existing business, we never won a lotto, never were approved for any grant, the only thing we ever inherit was DEBT.. we put all our energy in our little business of ours..
. on paper we are doing very well.. So many weddings booked as far as late 2028, so many events.. But every time we open our banking app my heart aches and I feel sick.. all money that goes in goes out in seconds.. electricity, rates, rent, insurance, accountant, taxes and list goes on and on..
. last few month's flower prices are gone up almost 50%, and i won't even start on fuel prices that really affect our flower deliveries..
. 2026 in Ireland over 3000 small business had to close because of all expenses.. there is no help from government, they just add and add more things for us to pay them..
. we never wanted to be millionaires.. we love our jobs and our little shop, but pressure lately is getting out of hand.. we want to be there for you.. for birthdays, anniversaries, for the best day of your life, sick day's, and for the worst day's of your life we are here for you too.. 🌸
. the point of our little shop is to give you love, feel the magic and happiness.. I know we aren't essential shop for food or clothes, or legal aid, or taxes, but we believe we are as important for our little community..
. hopefully we will be here for many more years, but we really need YOUR SUPPORT.. please shop local.. even small €10 purchase from us, will mean we can keep staying open for many more years.. 💐🌹

.. Life behind the scenes (September edition) 🌸💐
. in my 80's era.. Currently planning my 40th Birthday.. (it's not until October, but good God, im excited) 🍁
. me & Jay done our biggest wedding ever.. (well, its actually been a marathon of weddings for last two months..) but we got this.. ❤️
. we pampered our Bloom room in our shop.. oh, shes a beauty.. 🌸🌹🌸
. well, kids are back at school, only 3 weeks in and they had every possible dose already.. 😩
.our Sadie is something else now.. she's on a mission to destroy everything in our house.. 🐶
. oh, and my eyes.. 😭 currently im hiding.. (currently in my hat/sunglasses mode)
.but.. it's all amazing.. we still creating gorgeous flower arrangements.. have been extremely busy, and can't wait for all of you to pop in and see our beautiful shop..🌸💐🌿

. we had the honour to create wedding flowers for Niamh & Luke..
. Classic white, and romantic pale blue.. WOW.. if I do say so myself.. 🌸💙💐
. good few months planning, day's of creating - not bad for two people..
. but when we see result like this, all tiredness and stress disappear - so rewarding to see newley married couple absolutely delighted with our flower arrangements.. Thank you so much for trusting us.. 🌸💙🌸

. I've made so many wedding bouquets for brides, but this one was special.. (all my favourite flowers & colours) .. you just have to feel the vibe.. 💐🌸🌹
