With all this growth and colour around us, I've a few lovely things coming up on Sunday 21st June here at Clonfad Farm.
The Summer Solstice workshop is just around the corner, and it's always a special one in the calendar. There's something about the longest day of the year that invites you to slow down a little and take it all in.
We'll spend time with the flowers, of course, working with what's in season and at its best, but there'll also be space to pause, through a short guided meditation, gentle yoga with Orla, a bit of quiet breathing, and simply being present in the surroundings. Also, enjoy some light refreshments during the day.
Nothing too heavy, just a gentle few hours to reset, create something beautiful, and mark the turning of the season.
