How to use

🌟 CONNAUGHT PONY CHAMPIONSHIPS – BURSARIES & PRIZES 🌟

We’re delighted to offer some fantastic training opportunities for our young pony riders this year.

🐎 PONY PARTNER BURSARY

Awarded to the overall winners of the Open & Novice Pony Leagues.

Each winner will be paired with a leading Connaught horse rider for a 1-hour training session, including the option of a course walk/evaluation and tailored jumping lesson.

Training can take place at the rider’s yard, partnered rider’s yard or Glenamaddy Equestrian Centre.

Each winner also receives an embroidered saddle pad, matching ear bonnet and jacket.

The winner of the 148cm 1.20m Grand Prix will receive a flight to Wellington, Florida and the opportunity to train with top international riders.

Connaught riders only.

The winner has 7 days to accept the bursary, otherwise it passes to the next eligible Connaught rider.

Training can take place between 1 January and 1 March. Brian Cash will coordinate the arrangements with the successful rider.

The rider’s parent/guardian is responsible for their own flight and accommodation.
