🏠 Moving into a new home? Don’t sign off before you snag it.

Most new builds in Dublin come with dozens of small defects the builder is supposed to fix before you move in: cracked tiles, doors that don’t close properly, paint runs, loose sockets, gaps in skirting. Once you sign off, they become your problem.

We’re builders since 2007, not clipboard inspectors. We go through every room, door and window, the tiling, sealant and paintwork, plumbing, sockets and switches, floors and finishes, and the outside: walls, paths and drains.

✅ Report on the spot, with photos, room by room – send it straight to your builder
✅ Fixed prices from €210 (apartment), €260 (house up to 3 beds), €310 (4+ beds) – no VAT added
✅ 10 km travel included from our Dublin 10 base
✅ Free re-inspection once the builder fixes the snags
✅ Open 7 days, weekends too
✅ New and older homes – before you buy or before you sign off
📍 Dublin, Kildare and Meath
