🏡 Growing up in the family business meant there was never a dull moment.

In this reel, Sinead shares what it was like when the business was run from the family home -0 from customers constantly calling by, to engraving her own medal after sports day when she hadn’t won one! 🏅😄

🚀 Every business has to start somewhere.

Back in 1976, Oliver Kelleher started the business from the garage of a rented house with just £500 in savings and £1,500 borrowed.

🍽️ In those days, pubs were serving soup and toasted sandwiches, and a soup kettle, sandwich toaster, and water boiler made up much of the range.

📦 Fifty years later, that small operation has grown into a business supplying over 15,000 products to hospitality and catering customers across the region.

💙 As we celebrate our 50th anniversary, it's incredible to look back at where it all began.

🏡 Before there was a showroom, warehouse, or industrial estate, there was home.

In this reel, Sharon remembers what it was like growing up with the business operating from the family house. The phone was always ringing, customers called at all hours, and there was never really such a thing as “closing time.”

☎️ From helping answer calls to running around the house as little assistants, the business was simply part of everyday life.
