Planning a new home? The right time to think carefully about your bathroom is before you finalise the plans.

You might have a particular freestanding bath, shower, vanity unit or bathroom layout in mind, but the space shown on your architect’s plans may not physically accommodate it. Discovering that after construction has begun can lead to disappointment, compromise and expensive changes.

Bring your plans to Inspire Tiles & Stone before they’re signed off by your engineer. Drawing on our construction background, we can review the bathroom spaces with you, understand your vision and identify any practical issues early.

Where needed, we can sketch an alternative arrangement or recommend changes to walls, doors, windows, or plumbing positions. Your architect and engineer can then assess and incorporate the agreed changes before finalising the plans.
A conversation at the right stage can help you get the bathroom you really want and avoid the cost of changing it later.

As we move towards the colder months, many homeowners begin thinking about how to make their homes feel warmer and more inviting. Wood flooring can completely change a room's atmosphere, bringing natural warmth, texture, and character into your home. It can create a calm, welcoming feel in a bedroom, add richness to a living room, or help connect a kitchen, dining, and open-plan living area.

The right choice depends on where the flooring is used, the level of footfall, your heating system, and the look you want to achieve. Colour, plank width and laying pattern can also make a room feel larger, brighter or more intimate.

At Inspire Tiles & Stone, we’ll help you select a beautiful wood floor that complements your interior and suits the practical demands of your home. To arrange a consultation and explore our wood flooring collections, call us on 094 937 2724 or email [email protected].

Planning to upgrade your bathroom? Before you begin shopping for tiles and sanitary ware, take some time to think about how you want the room to work.

Think about:

• Who uses the bathroom and what do they need?
• Is the current layout making the best use of the space?
• Would you prefer a bath, a larger shower or both?
• Do you need more storage?
• Are there features that will make the room easier and more comfortable to use in the years ahead?
• Which elements are staying and which will be replaced?
• What budget have you allowed for products, installation and preparation work?

It also helps to bring measurements, photographs of the existing bathroom and any plans you have to your consultation. Save a few inspiration images too, even if you’re not yet sure exactly what you like.

Our team can then help you turn those initial ideas into a cohesive, practical design, with tiles, stone, bathroom furniture and sanitary ware selected specifically for your space. Book a consultation by phoning us on 094 937 2724 or emailing [email protected].

Good bathroom furniture can make such a difference to how the room looks and how it works every day. Wall-hung vanity units can help a bathroom feel lighter and more spacious, while warm timber tones, fluted finishes and softly curved shapes add texture and personality. Deep drawers and clever internal storage also give everything a place, helping countertops stay clear and the room feel calm and organised.

We’ll help you choose bathroom furniture that suits the size of your space and works beautifully with your basin, brassware, tiles and colour palette.

There’s something about a wooden floor that makes a home feel instantly warmer and more welcoming. Lighter wood tones can create a fresh, relaxed feel, while deeper shades add richness and definition. Wider planks allow more of the natural grain and character to shine through and can also help a room feel more expansive.

When choosing your floor, it’s worth thinking beyond one room. Consider how it will work with your kitchen, furniture, wall colours and the flow into adjoining spaces. A well-chosen wooden floor can provide a beautiful foundation for the entire home. Call in to Inspire Tiles & Stone in Claremorris and let us help you find the right finish for your space.

Your bath doesn’t have to be white! Colour can completely change how a bathroom feels, and your bath can now become part of that wider design story.

Through our partnerships with premium sanitaryware makers, selected baths can be finished in a colour chosen specifically for your space. You might want a soft, calming shade that blends beautifully with your tiles, a deep dramatic tone that creates a focal point, or a colour that complements your vanity unit and other finishes.

It gives us even more scope to create a tailored bathroom design that reflects your style and meets your very specific requirements, right down to the colour of the bath.

Visit Inspire Tiles & Stone in Claremorris and let’s explore what we can create for your bathroom.

Why choose an ordinary basin when you can choose one that brings real character to the room? An atelier basin is designed to be noticed. With distinctive shapes, tactile finishes, beautiful colours and artistic detailing, they feel more like individual interior pieces than standard bathroom fittings.

Pair one with simple furniture and complementary tiles, and it can become the starting point for the entire bathroom design. It’s a lovely way to create a space that feels personal, considered and a little different from anything you’ll see elsewhere.
