Getting the heavy hitters prepped in the workshop today! 🔧🌿

This FJD FRX and FJD Titan (complete with its autonomous Paint Marker Kit) are getting their final checks at Douglas Forest & Garden before heading out to be fitted at a large Cork GAA club right after the weekend.

For busy GAA clubs, this duo is a massive game-changer for pitch maintenance:

2-in-1 Mowing & Line Marking: The FJD Titan doesn’t just cut the grass—with the 25L paint marker kit attached, it autonomously marks out razor-sharp, centimetre-accurate pitch lines (13s, 20s, 45s, arches, and sidelines) without anyone needing to pull a string or push a wheel.

Massive Area Coverage: The Titan features a huge 730mm triple-disc cutting deck capable of handling multiple full-size GAA pitches effortlessly, while the agile FRX takes care of training areas, banks, and tighter surrounds.

Wire-Free RTK Precision: No perimeter wires to dig up or break. Using RTK satellite and vision navigation, they mow in neat, professional stadium stripes and can work overnight so the pitches are always free for training and matches.

Huge Time & Cost Savings: Frees up valuable hours for voluntary groundskeepers and slashes club diesel bills with whisper-quiet, 100% electric operation.

NEW INSTALLATION IN CORK CITY!

Today, the Douglas Forest and Garden team was on-site at the MTU Sports Stadium to install the incredible FJDynamics Titan robotic mower.

If you want peak pitch performance, this machine delivers on all fronts:

Massive Scale: Capable of covering up to a staggering 126,000 square metres.

Zero Disturbance: Whispers quiet, meaning it can easily mow right through the night in total silence.

Flawless Navigation: Fully RTK, GPS, and LiDAR controlled to ensure absolute centimetre precision across the turf.

To power this cutting-edge setup, we also installed at our premises in Frankfield an N10 RTK base station. Working at a range of up to 30km, it provides an ultra-precise and rock-solid positioning service for all FJDynamics mowers and pitch-marking paint liners on the network. 📡

We’ll be checking back in the near future to see how efficiently the Titan manages not just one, but multiple sports pitches across the campus. Stay tuned! ⚽🏟️
