Wow!House is here ✨

For the past six months, we have been working closely with our exceptional room sponsor, to bring to life a truly transcendent Morning Room for this year’s iconic WOW!house at Chelsea Harbour. Owner and I met almost 15 years ago at a design conference in Morroco and it has been a gift to bring this ongoing collaboration to life.

As the saying goes, Rome wasn’t built in a day, and this remarkable space is the result of countless hours of dedication, creativity and collaboration by multiple people. In particular, the tireless efforts of from our studio and from the Phillip Jeffries team who have been instrumental in transforming an ambitious vision into reality.

The design journey began with Aura, Phillip Jeffries’ innovative and utterly captivating wallcovering, which became the hero of the scheme. From this singular starting point, our concept evolved into what I affectionately describe as a “a serene sanctuary”, a room designed to transport, elevate and restore. As layers of furniture, lighting, art and materiality were carefully curated, the narrative grew richer and more nuanced. Beautiful pieces from alongside exquisite lighting from , helped define the room’s character, while evocative watercolour illustration provided an early vision that inspired everyone involved throughout the design process... There’s something about eating outside that just feels great. Good food, warm light, a table under the trees…simple things done well

We love to design outdoor spaces that feel lived in, relaxed and quietly beautiful.

Comfortable contemporary ✨

Classic contemporary isn’t about chasing trends — it’s what you land on once you’ve grown tired of them.

Five things that separate a quietly luxurious living room from one that’s simply… trying:

1. Start with a focus on the interior architectural elements of a room…
If the bones aren’t right, no amount of cushions will save it. Keep it restrained, balanced, and easy on the eye.

2. Buy less, but buy properly
One exceptional sofa will do more for a room than five “perfectly fine” pieces ever will. This is not the place for compromise. Or in this example a timeless yet punchy fireplace…

3. Layer materials, not visual distractions!
Stone, timber, linen — all working together, none shouting. If everything stands out, nothing does.

4. Respect the power of space
Not every corner needs filling. In fact, the most expensive rooms usually look like they’ve resisted the urge.

5. Obsess over the details (quietly)
Bespoke joinery, tailored finishes, lighting that actually flatters — the things you notice without quite knowing why.
