One year later...📖
This Saturday I'll be back at The Cottage Market, almost exactly one year after my very first market.
When I first set up my little table, I was excited, nervous, and had no idea what to expect. I just hoped people would stop by and connect with what I was creating.
A year later, I've met so many wonderful readers, customers, fellow makers, and small business owners. I've learned so much, and become part of a community that has been incredibly supportive along the way.
A huge thank you to and especially to Eimear and Vicky, for believing in small businesses, for giving me that first opportunity, and for creating such a welcoming community for makers 🤍
And thank you to all the fellow stallholders I've met over the past year. One of the loveliest surprises of doing markets has been meeting such talented, supportive people. Running a small business can sometimes feel a little lonely, so having people around who understand the highs, the challenges, and everything in between means more than you know 🌷
Most of all, thank you to everyone who has stopped by my stall, followed along online, placed an order, shared a kind word, or supported my little bookish world in any way.
It truly means the world.
If you're nearby, I'd love for you to stop by and say hello. Whether you're looking for your next read, a gift for a fellow book lover, or simply fancy a browse, I'd love to see you there 🤍
