Late Summer Glow
Summer isnβt quite ready to say goodbye yet, but thereβs a little change in the air. This bouquet is still bursting with all the exuberance of summer, but the colours are beginning to deepen into something a little richer, warmer and more sumptuous.
And what a way to celebrate the season! At the heart of this bouquet are the most incredible dahlias, with perfectly geometric petals arranged in mesmerising layers. Their colour shifts beautifully from deep, rich pink at the centre to a soft, salmony pink at the edges β nature showing off at its finest.
Fiery orange carthamus and sunshine-yellow marigolds bring the heat, while peachy spray roses add a softer glow. Lipstick pink carnations and delicate wax flower keep things pretty and playful, alongside creamy lisianthus for a touch of elegance.
As the colours deepen, burgundy snapdragons bring a rich autumnal whisper, while purple sedum and sculptural alliums add cool, dusky tones to the mix.
Itβs summer, but with the volume turned down just a little β warmer evenings, deeper colours and that feeling that the season is beginning to turn.
Still gloriously summery. Just a little more grown-up.
Bring home a little late-summer magic before this bouquet disappears.
