For the conference room at Xeolas Pharmaceuticals, we looked for a balance between a strong corporate identity and a more welcoming, human atmosphere.

Deep forest green establishes a sense of depth and character, while warm oak introduces a natural contrast that softens the overall environment. At the centre, the table brings the room together, both visually and functionally , creating a setting for communication and collaboration😊

The result is a space that feels confident without being rigid, refined without feeling formal.

A considered environment for ideas to meet✨

When designing your home, it can be tempting to focus on what to add , another piece of furniture, another decorative object, another layer of detail.

But a well-designed interior is not defined by how much it contains. It is defined by how thoughtfully each element works together✨

Consider the balance between materials, colour, light, texture, proportion and negative space.

When these elements are carefully considered, the result is a home that feels cohesive, functional and timeless.

Before adding more, ask yourself: what does the space actually need?

A space designed to bring people together.

At Xeolas Pharmaceuticals, the social hub creates a place to pause, reconnect and exchange ideas beyond the everyday workplace.

Clean lines, balanced proportions and a restrained material palette create an environment that feels contemporary, welcoming and intentional✨

Because a workplace is not only about productivity, it’s also about the moments in between, the conversations, connections and sense of community that shape the way we work together😊

Taking the bar outdoors🥰
The rooftop bar extends the bold character of the restaurant into the open air, creating a vibrant setting for relaxed drinks and long evenings✨

Rich materials, atmospheric lighting, and the Art Deco influence give the space its own distinctive identity while keeping the experience connected to the interiors😊

We begin by understanding the space , its architecture, context, and the way it needs to be lived in.

From there, we develop a clear concept, shaping the atmosphere, materials, and overall direction. We then refine the details, ensuring every element has purpose and contributes to the bigger picture✨

From the first idea to the final finish, our approach is considered at every stage, turning a design concept into a space that works beautifully in reality.

The best meeting rooms aren’t just beautiful , they’re designed to shape the way people feel.

For this space, we focused on creating an atmosphere that feels calm, confident, and inviting. Thoughtful lighting, rich materials, and considered proportions come together to make meetings feel less formal and more engaging✨

What separates a beautiful interior from a functional one?

Intentional design✨
A space should look good, but more importantly, it should work effortlessly. From the layout and circulation to lighting, storage, materials, and everyday details, every decision should have a purpose.

The best interiors don’t make you choose between beauty and function , they make both feel natural🥰
