I’ve been making some plates this week. I owe a guy and I need some myself too. Plates are harder to make than you might think! They’re delightful to use though. So light and warm and quiet, just like wooden eating spoons. Hate to say it but you’re missing out (probably).

Whenever I’m unsure of myself, I wonder does what I do matter? Why do I do this silly job anyway?

I think spoons symbolise nurturing and comfort, love shared through food. Also, I don’t want to give in to the machines and the AI and the 3D Printers…
