Good luck to my wee niece Saorlaith and nephew James as they take their first big steps into the wider world of secondary school today.

A whole new chapter begins — new schools, new friends, new adventures and lots of memories waiting to be made.

Happy 5th Birthday to Silky, my baby muppet and the girl behind the name Silky’s Hidden Treasures.

She loves me no matter what. No attitude, no eye rolling, no answering back… just a wagging tail and unconditional love.

My buddy on the sofa, my shadow around the house, my company while I’m working and quite often the reason I’m talking to myself!

Five years of Silky today, and I genuinely couldn’t imagine life without her.

A little something different and such a lovely keepsake for a wedding day.

A collection of newspapers from the day Matthew & Naomi got married, beautifully presented with a personalised poem and finished with their own printed ribbon.

A little time capsule of what was happening in the world on the very day they started their married life together — something they can put away, look back on in years to come and hopefully treasure forever.

These can be completely personalised with the couple’s names, wedding date, venue, wording and ribbon design, making them a really thoughtful and unique wedding gift.

A little holiday notice 🤍

I’m officially on holidays now until 1st September.

I’m taking a bit of time away from orders to spend with Ben and Molly before the madness of September begins — and especially to enjoy these last couple of weeks with Ben before he takes that big step and starts secondary school.

It feels like no time since he was starting primary school, so I’m going to make the most of having some proper family time before this next chapter begins.

Thank you so much to everyone who has ordered, supported and kept me busy over the last few months. I really do appreciate every single order.

I’ll be back to work from 1st September, refreshed and ready to get stuck into all your lovely orders again.

But don’t be surprised if you see some pre scheduled posts on my feed.

For now, it’s family time

A little something different for the beauty salons or hair salons…. Or any wee business…

I’ve been having a play around with some personalised salon ideas, and I used Beauty Boutique by Sinead Corrigan Crowell as my inspiration for these designs.

From KALLAX-style storage boxes to salon towels, mugs, clocks, aprons, manicure mats, nail and eyelash display props and QR code signs — there are so many ways to add your own branding and make your salon space really stand out.

And I have to say, Sinead is amazing at what she does! If you’re local and looking for beauty treatments or the most amazing reflexology, I would highly recommend giving Beauty Boutique by Sinead Corrigan Crowell a call. 💕
