Hi gang,
It took me up until yesterday to recover from a fabulous night away with my girlies.
To feed the hangover, I carb loaded with the fabulous chicken pasta, and to clear away the cobwebs for work the next day, I made a detox salad and finished with gluten-free banana bread ,because it's just plain yummy 😋

All 3 recipes whipped up in my trusty TM6 in no time at all... leaving me to nurse the hangover on the couch ;-)

Hello gang,
It's getting closer to Christmas, so this morning, I wrapped up a few more stocking fillers for the adults in my life... a little homebrew Berry liquer with a nice measure of rum .killalea. Remember my home pours? ;-)
All made easier, of course, with my very own cooking robot, the trusty TM6.

Hi gang,
I just wanted to post an appreciation post of thanks to both my secret santa and my team leader for the lovely treats, all made in the TM6. Yes, that's homemade liquer and chocolate truffles!!!
I also was a secret santa for our Thermomix group and made the White Chocolate and Strawberry Rocky Road ( it tasted so good that I had more eaten than I put in the bag...oops I'll do better next year.. I promise Santa 🎅)

Well, what else would I be at when they rain is beating against the kitchen window but only letting my TM6 cook up a belly warming seafood chowder while I stare out at the rain. Bea...uti...ful 😀
Over 90,000 recipes.
Seafood chowder starts at €8.50 in most pubs/restaurants now, and I made 6 portions for less than that.
