We’re Hiring – Part-Time Office & Scheduling Role (Nenagh)

Glazing Spares & Repairs is growing and we’re looking for a highly organised, reliable person to join our team in a key office role.

Hours: 9:30am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday.

The role includes:
• Scheduling jobs for our technicians
• Communicating with customers (phone, WhatsApp, email)
• Preparing and sending quotes and invoices
• Managing job updates using Tradify
• Keeping daily operations running smoothly

We are looking for someone who is detail-focused, calm under pressure, comfortable using computer systems, and able to take ownership of tasks.

This is an important position in a busy local business, so reliability and high standards are essential.
