Odlums Join Ireland’s favourite home baking community, providing recipes, tips & inspiration since 1835. Odlums has been at the heart of Irish baking for generations.

Our expertise began in 1845, when the Odlum family opened their first flour mill in Co. Laois. 170 years on, we are really proud of the fact that we are still milling wheat in Co. Laois. Times may change but the integrity and quality of our products never will. ‘Bake with the Best’ is our philosophy and underpins everything we do. Baking with Odlums is about sharing special moments, time honoured skills and creating memories that will last forever.
