Work in Progress - if I was waiting for everything to be perfect in order to share what we've built - you'd be waiting for years 🤣

Lots of bits left to do - soft furnishings, artwork, accessories - not to mention the entire first floor to be completed!

But we're absolutely delighted with what we've achieved so far ❤️

05/092026 - Goodbye to SunBear Cabin ❤️

Our tiny home saw us through 3 years and 3 months almost to the day.
We renovated it, made it our own and built a lovely life here in the countryside.
We05/09/2026 got engaged, married, got through big grief and heartache and then saw our house being built before our eyes.
It served us well. Thank you little home. X❤️X

It's off on a journey to the other side of Tuam for a young couple to start their own journey upon their return to Ireland from Australia 🦘

Wishing them all the best and hope the good energy from our home travels with it. X

31/07/2026 - We've got the power!

Delighted to have power connected to the house (and thanks to our electrician for hooking up the mobile again so we have power here too for the next few weeks).
We're getting closer and closer to moving in (ground floor only for the moment!) but it's getting to the fun and exciting bit now.
Happy to share a glass of bubbles to celebrate 🥳🥂🥳

Our tiny home is for sale!

After 3 years we're almost ready to move into our new home. This tiny home has survived storms without a scratch (don't ask me how!) and has seen us through good times, great times and tough times too. It was even on TV!

When we bought it had seen better days and we invested a lot of time and money into it.

Details:

Cosalt Kingston 37*12 (2 bedroom, 2 bathroom)
Double glazed windows
Winter pack
Gas central heating

Things we improved!

Put in a 5kW multi fuel stove that kept us so toasty in the winter time
Insulated all water pipes under the mobile
New carpet in the open plan and 2nd bedroom
New lino in both bathrooms and kitchen
Added storage to bathrooms and main bedroom
New kitchen doors and handles
Fully painted (needs a little refresh after 3 years)
Eco-friendly bulbs/lights
Blackout blinds

We're also going to include some key pieces of furniture which will not be moving with us to the new house.

Divan double bed (and mattress if wanted)
Sofa bed in living room
TV stand in living room
Table and 4 chairs in dining area
Desk and Kallax cube storage in 2nd bedroom (used as an office)
Appliances such as fridge/freezer, oven and hob are obviously staying!

Transport must be arranged by the buyer. Please get in touch for price details - serious buyers only please - no timewasters.
