A NEW CHAPTER FOR CROSS & THORN CRAFTS!

We’re absolutely delighted to introduce our new fully electric NV200 van!

As a small handmade business, we’re always looking for ways to make more sustainable choices — and this is a huge step forward for us.

- Zero tailpipe emissions
- Fully electric driving
- A more sustainable way to travel to markets, events, stockists & deliveries

Our new van forms an important part of the Cross & Thorn Sustainability Pledge — helping us reduce our environmental impact while continuing to grow our little handmade business.

From the products we create and the packaging we use, to the way we travel and deliver them, we believe that small changes can make a big difference.

📦 POSTAGE PRICE UPDATE 📦

We’ve held off increasing our postage costs for as long as we possibly could, but unfortunately, we’ve now reached a point where we have no choice.

In February 2026, An Post increased their postage prices. We purchased a number of prepaid labels at the previous, lower rate, which allowed us to absorb the increase and keep our postage costs unchanged for as long as possible.

Unfortunately, we have now used our remaining prepaid labels, meaning that from now on postage within Ireland will be €7 per delivery.

We completely understand that this is an increase, and we’re genuinely sorry that we have to pass this additional cost on to you.

This is an external cost that is unfortunately outside of our control.

We’ll continue looking at ways to streamline and improve our business, reduce costs wherever we can, and hopefully find ways to offer even better value to our customers again in the future.
As always, we’re incredibly grateful for every order and for your continued support of our small business.
