Loved working with this client on creative solutions for a bathroom with tight corners. The end product gave her solutions for all her needs!

Starting my birthday off by doing something I’ve wanted to do for a while — launching a blog.
I’ve realized that social media doesn’t always give me the space to share what I actually want to say about design, creativity, and home. So I’m creating that space myself.
First post is up now — it’s about what I really notice when I walk into someone’s home (hint: not what you’d expect from a designer).
Would love to have you follow along.

“So, I’ll bet you’re scanning my living room, analyzing all the mistakes I made when designing my house.”

I wanted to share a bit of the process behind a kitchen island redesign I’m currently working on.

The first image shows part of the early carpentry plan, and the second is an AI-assisted rendering created from my SketchUp model.

Even before anything is built, these tools help clients understand layout, storage, and proportions, making decisions clearer and more comfortable early on.

This project is still evolving, but this kind of planning is an important part of how I approach design.

I’ve always believed that thoughtful design can transform everyday life.

Not in a showy or overdone way — but in the quiet details: a kitchen that makes mornings smoother, a living room that feels calm after a long day, a space that just fits the people who live in it.

That belief is what first drew me to interior design years ago.

Along the way, I found myself focusing on drafting and visualization work — creative, technical, and a great fit during a busy season of family life. But deep down, I knew I wanted more than just to draw other people’s designs.

So now, I’m coming full circle — back to what inspired me from the start: helping people create homes that feel personal, comfortable, and intentional.

This is a new chapter for me, and I’m excited to share more as it unfolds.

If you’ve been thinking about refreshing a space in your home, I’d love to help you make it feel more like you!

I love the creative process of turning ideas into something truly special for my clients.

For this home office, we wanted to design a desk that would be a real centerpiece — something with warmth, texture, and character. We chose two stunning olive wood slabs and joined them with epoxy to create a completely custom piece. The result was even more beautiful than we imagined.

Swipe through to see the transformation — from selecting the slabs, to the epoxy pour, to the finished piece. I can’t wait to share the full room reveal soon!

It was such a pleasure collaborating with a supplier who understood the vision and helped bring it to life with so much care and attention to detail.

If you’re ready to create a space that feels truly your own, let’s connect. Together, we’ll design something that fits your style and makes you love coming home.

I loved working on this tiny but one-of-a-kind half bathroom! ✨ When a client brings both creativity and interior design experience to the table, it opens up so many fun possibilities.

Small spaces like half-baths often spark my most creative ideas—it’s a little design challenge that gets the brain waves flowing. In this project, the client already had some amazing ideas, and together we brought them to life.

My favorite details? The soft, wispy patterned wallpaper and the mirrored walls (peep the reflection of the back wall in the vanity mirror!) 🌿 What started as a cramped little space is now bright, open, and full of personality, softened by beach-inspired patterns and calming details.

Swipe to see the before & after transformation!

If you have a small space in your home that could use a fresh, creative touch, I’d love to help you bring it to life!

When my client reached out about updating their beach-side vacation apartment, they knew they wanted a fresh look but also wanted to take it step by step.

We started with phase one: the living room seating. A new sofa and a pair of statement chairs has already brought so much new life into the space. It’s lighter, brighter, and finally feels like it belongs by the sea. Even without all the finishing details, the difference is night and day!

I believe it's important to remember, not every project needs to be a full, dramatic Instagram-worthy reveal all at once. Real life (and real budgets!) often work better in phases. That way, clients can enjoy meaningful changes right away while still keeping the bigger picture in mind.

Future plans here include a rug, a new coffee table, and a TV console that will tie everything together. And beyond the living room, we already renovated two bathrooms, repainted the entire apartment, and added new flooring in the bedrooms. I’ll be sharing those transformations soon, so stay tuned!

✨ Design tip: Phasing a project isn’t just practical — it can actually make for a better end result. Living in the space between stages gives clients the chance to see what works, what they love most, and how they really use the room before investing in the final layers. So if time is on your side, I say take it!

For now, I’m loving how just a sofa and chairs can completely shift the mood of a room.
