For more than two years, I wanted to make a chessboard. I don’t know why, considering I don’t know how to play, I just wanted to. For two years, I constantly returned to this idea, thought about it, drew it. I wanted to make not just a board, but something more complete, more interesting. And, as they say, the time has come, the stars have aligned, the sketch in all its details has come together, and off we go. 40x40x10. Sapele wood.

Больше двух лет я хотел сделать шахматную доску. Не знаю почему, учитывая, что я не умею играть, просто хотелось. Два года я постоянно возвращался к этой идее, думал, рисовал. Хотелось сделать не просто доску, а что-то более цельное, интересное. И, как говорится, время пришло, звезды сошлись, эскиз во всех своих деталях собрался, и понеслось. 40x40x10 см. Изготовлена из сапеле.
