As a result, each project is unique and is the result of the clients’ needs and the site analysis rather than that of an architectural whim. I established “Tammy Yaniv Architecture” after many years of experience, five of which as a partner at A. Lerman Architects, and with a list of complex successful projects in my resume, including renewal of the Israel Museum in Jerusalem, Nokia Arena in Tel-Aviv, residential projects & office spaces. I bring to the practice my unique experience in large scale projects with a line of special expertise:
■ Designing public buildings and complicated projects
■ All design stages from zoning to documentation & fine details
■ Preparing tenders, specifications and cost estimates
■ Architectural intervention in existing buildings
■ Leading the different engineers and consultants and coordinating between them
■ Superposition of the electromechanical systems
■ Building and managing a designated professional architectural team per-project
■ Mentoring young architects and enhancing their professional capabilities
The practice is set-up to take on and lead vast & long term projects either independently or in collaboration with other architectural firs & designers.
