How do you design a place that protects the heart—in every sense?
The new Cardiac Inpatient Department, located at Sheba Medical Center, Tel Hashomer, was designed to balance complex medical requirements with a sense of security and a calm, human-centered environment.
Through soft lighting, welcoming materials, a balanced color palette, and careful consideration of the experience of patients, families, and medical staff, we created a healing environment that reduces stress and restores a sense of control, dignity, and hope.
Because healthcare design is not only about function. It is part of the healing process.
